MOCARA operates mocaradaily.com and is responsible for the information practices described on this page. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@mocaradaily.com.
Information you choose to provide
When you join the waitlist, MOCARA receives the email address you enter and the landing-page variant connected with your signup. If you arrived through a campaign link, campaign parameters included in that link may also accompany the waitlist submission.
After joining from certain landing pages, you may optionally answer a short product-research survey. If you choose to participate, MOCARA receives your answers about creatine familiarity and format, purchase interest and barriers, and optional interview interest. The survey record is connected to the successful waitlist record using an anonymous lead identifier so you do not need to re-enter your email address.
Optional technical information
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after you accept optional cookies. If accepted, these providers may receive information about page visits, browser and device characteristics, approximate location inferred from technical information such as an IP address, referring source, campaign parameters, and page-view or signup events.
The site stores your choice in a necessary first-party browser preference named mocara_consent_v1. Rejecting optional cookies does not affect the waitlist.
How MOCARA uses information
- To operate the waitlist and send requested product-development, research, first-access, and launch communications.
- To understand interest in different landing-page messages and improve the site and launch planning.
- After optional-cookie consent, to understand site performance and measure advertising.
- To maintain site security, prevent abuse, and respond to questions or privacy requests.
Service providers
Netlify hosts the site and processes waitlist and optional survey form submissions. After optional-cookie consent, Google Analytics provides website analytics and Meta Pixel provides advertising measurement.
Email addresses, form contents, health information, and survey responses are not sent to Google Analytics or Meta. MOCARA does not enable Google Signals, Google advertising personalization, enhanced conversions, or user-provided data collection in Google Analytics.
These service providers may process information outside Canada, where different privacy laws may apply. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy practices. You can review Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Retention
MOCARA keeps waitlist, optional survey, and contact information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the communications you requested, understand product interest, manage the product launch, respond to requests, and meet legitimate operational or legal needs. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed. Analytics and advertising providers may retain information according to MOCARA’s service settings and their own policies.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete waitlist or survey information associated with your email address, or withdraw consent where applicable, by contacting hello@mocaradaily.com. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time using the unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting MOCARA.
You may accept or reject optional cookies when the privacy banner appears. To review or change that choice later, use the Cookie settings button in any page footer or below. Withdrawing optional-cookie consent does not automatically unsubscribe you from waitlist communications.
Security
MOCARA uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this early-stage site. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so information is submitted at your own risk.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site, product, or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material updates are published.
